Software Engineer

Analyze and define user requirements; design, develop, and customize web-based software solutions using Java/J2EE technologies in object-oriented and distributed environments; determine impact of changes to existing system; conduct feasibility analysis and cost estimation; perform coding; integrate and implement designed applications with existing system; study existing systems and identify ways to enhance application functions; create test plans; conduct unit and system testing; write technical documentation; identify and troubleshoot application problems; provide technical guidance and user support; and oversee project development to ensure technical competence of work and completion within time and budget. Requires: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study and five years of progressive software development experience. Full software development life cycle. Five years of software development experience using Java, J2EE, Spring MVC/Struts/Webwork, XML, and Weblogic/Websphere Application Server.
