You have the option to select one of the following business models as well as combine one or more available models to suit various phases of your project development lifecycle.

Fixed Price Model

Fixed Price business model is suitable for projects with well-defined requirements and schedules and project path. Radiansys will work with the client to estimate the project scope and complexity and provides a project delivery schedule along with mutually agreeable the fixed price for the final deliverable.

The primary advantage of the Fixed Price model consists in allowing the client to determine exactly the project budget in advance. As for clients looking for more flexibility in terms of altering requirements and managing changes based upon the dynamic needs of their organization, Time and Material model is a better choice. For this reason, any requirement changes or new feature requests occurring during the project implementation process will cause a re-negotiation of the delivery schedule and price.

Time & Material Model

When the project scope, specification and implementation plans cannot be precisely defined at the outset or there is a high scope for requirements to vary during the project implementation process, the Time & Material model provides the flexibility of modulating the size and workloads of the development team assigned to the project, while optimizing time and costs for the client organization. Typical scenario is when the project is in initial stage of development, where requirements haven’t matured yet and/or rapid delivery of “proof of concept” is requisite to gain additional project funding.

Under the Time & Material option, Radiansys offers highly skilled readily available resources, and the development effort is billed at the end of every month based on the pre-negotiated and mutually agreed hourly rate. Hence, the total project cost is determined by the amount of time, number and quality of resources expended. Thus our Time & Material model offers a high degree of flexibility to alter specifications, accommodate unplanned activities rapidly, and adjust project resources based upon ever evolving requirements throughout the project development lifecycle.
