Radiansys recruits its professionals from multiple sources that include University Campuses Industries, Academic and Research Institutions. Radiansys has over the years developed a proprietary database of around 9,500 technical professionals whom they constantly stay in touch with and update its database about their current status. Radiansys recruiting process is highly selective and the candidates go through the following evaluation steps:
Radiansys receives resumes either in response to postings or via referral or when candidates submit their resume online at our website.
Radiansys also has membership with various jobsites like Monster, Dice, Hotjobs, Careerbuilder, Clearancejobs etc. Resumes are screened by qualified professionals.
Interview Process (Phone, Face-to-face, Written Tests)
A short listed group of top candidates who match our requirements are phone screened. Our phone screening process takes an average of 45–60 minutes and the interviewer has a set of questions relating to professional and behavioral acumen. The phone-screened candidates are once again short-listed and they are called in for an interview that lasts multiple sessions spanning a couple of days. The interview involves – one-on-one oral interviews and additional written tests in many cases.
Reference and background checks
After interviews, the qualified candidates are asked to submit at least three professional references. Radiansys performs reference checks, verification of eligibility documents and other background check (if necessary).
Employee Orientation and Training
The candidates selected go through orientation, and in many cases undergo in-house or external training (technical and project management) to bring them up to speed.
